Be Great, Powerful Beyond Measure

Fantastic inspirational video. How great can you be? Every night you dream of being the best. Every morning you wake thinking you’re the best. But along the way you start to doubt yourself. You starting thinking, “can I do this?” Yes you can! Go after your dreams, believe in yourself. Today is the day that you’ll be great. What you do today determines tomorrow. Dare to be great. Set SMART goals for yourself and achieve them.  Nothing in this life is out of your reach.  Stop being afraid of success.  Challenge yourself everyday.  Sure you’ll make mistakes but that’s the only way you’re going to learn.  Today is your day.

Being the best athlete you can be

I found this pretty inspiring video on being the best.  It got me thinking.  What does it take to be the best?  And not just the best athlete but the best at business, the best husband or wife, the best dad or mom.  It takes effort but not just once in a while effort.  In order to be the best you have to get up everyday and put this constant effort day in and day out.  But what does that mean?  You have to focus on the little things.  If you get up every morning and decide to do 100 pushups before work or school then that little effort over time will make you stronger.  If you get up and run 3-4 miles every morning then that little effort over time will make you more fit.  If you get get up and shoot baskets every morning then that little effort over time will make you a better a basketball player.  It’s doing the little things that matter the most and over time those little things will make you stronger, fitter and better than you’ve ever been.  Set a goal to wake up every morning and do one thing to put in the effort and see what happens.  Give it 12 weeks and I promise you it will make a difference.  Run 4 miles, do 500 pushups, shoot 100 free throws, swing your golf club a thousand times, read up on your sport and be the best athlete, spouse, person you can be.  Enjoy this video!
